Training
At Leafield Projects we are committed to 'Continous Professional Development' of all our staff. Training matrices are implemented to ensure each member of staff has the necessary skills to carry out their job to the best of their ability.
Every member of the Leafield Team attend regular Health and Safety courses. Each 'site gang' has at least one trained first aider.
All site staff are CSCS registered and have IPAF Powered Access Licences.
Sub-Contractors
Any sub-contractors working for Leafield Projects undergo a selection process to ensure their levels of committment to health and safety, service and quality are as high as our own.
This process is reviewed on an annual basis
